PBK FAQs

  • What parts of Southern California do you travel to?
    • PBK Bartending is based in West Los Angeles. We will travel within a 50-mile radius, without incurring a travel fee of $25.
  • How many bartenders do I need?
    • In order to provide a quality experience, PBK Bartending recommends one bartender per 75-80 guests.
    • For beer and wine events, one bartender per 80-100 guests.


  • My guest count is 100, but only 75 are drinking. Does that matter?
    • ​Non-drinkers will still come to the bar for non-alcoholic drinks/mocktails. The number of drinks served wouldn’t change; just the amount of alcohol to be purchased.



  • Do you offer tastings?
    • ​Of course! Tastings are available for $50. Please email us at Phoenix@PBKBartending.com to schedule a tasting!


  • Are you insured?
    • ​PBK Bartenders are all certified and licensed, but we are not insured. However, if your event venue requires a one-day liability insurance, you can purchase it here for the time needed.


  • Is your deposit refundable?
    • ​Our deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled within 72 hours of the event date.


  • What do we need to provide?
    • Clients will need to provide:
      • ​​Cups/glassware (if using plastic, account for approximately 3-4 cups per person)
      • Ice (approximately 1-2 pounds per person)
      • Garnishes
      • Water (1-2 bottles per person)
      • Alcohol (approximately 10 bottles per 100 guests, depending on how heavy your guests drink)
      • Wine
      • Mixers/soft drinks


  • What does PBK Bartending provide?
    • ​PBK Bartending provides:
      • Red straws
      • Black cocktail napkins
      • Bar utensils
      • ​Mobile bar (if needed)
